Welcome to the campsite for the Ride4Kids Challenge!

Upon arrival, we ask that you first check in at the reception. The layout of the mobile homes is already known here. Provide your name and mention that you are part of Ride4Kids, and you will receive the key to your mobile home. We wish you a pleasant stay and a great start to the challenge!

Important Information

Mobile Home Allocation: The reception has the allocation for all participants ready. Provide your name, and you will receive the key to your assigned mobile home.
Availability: The mobile homes are guaranteed to be available from 15:00 on your registered arrival day. Please keep this in mind when planning your travel.
Reception Opening Hours: The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Make sure to pick up or return your key during these hours. If you arrive after 20:00, the key will be hung on the reception door in an envelope with your name and mobile home number on it.

The Key

Important instructions for managing the key:
One Key per Mobile Home: Each mobile home is provided with one key.
Upon Departure: If you leave the campsite and your housemates have not yet arrived, please return the key to the reception so that they can check in without any issues.
Internal Arrangements: Once all participants of your mobile home have arrived, you can make internal arrangements regarding the management of the key.

Payment for Mobile Homes

Internal Payment: Payment for the mobile home is to be settled between you and your housemates. Please ensure that you make clear arrangements on this.
Payment Upon Arrival: We kindly ask you to make the payment upon arrival at the campsite. This ensures that everything runs smoothly, and you can enjoy the challenge stress-free. If you arrive when the reception is closed, please make your payment the day after arrival.

Departure Instructions

To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that you leave the mobile home in good condition when you depart.

Tidying Up: Please make sure the mobile home is tidy, which includes:
Washing the dishes.
Sweeping the floor.
Throwing away the trash.
Outdoor Furniture: Also, check that the outdoor furniture is placed back in its designated spot by the mobile home.
