DAY PROGRAM TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 09

ARRIVAL & OPENING

Location: Ride4Kids House

12:00 – 14:00 Welcome & briefing for volunteers and motorcyclists
Volunteers will gather at the Ride4Kids House for a joint welcome. They will receive their welcome bag, and tasks will be explained and assigned. Meal tokens can also be purchased here (€55,- cash payment after the session).

15:00 – 16:00 Welcome cyclists and runners
Walk-in session for participants (cyclists and runners) to collect their goodie bags (including your rider number plate and polo shirt) and to purchase meal tokens (€55,- cash payment).

18:00 The first joint gathering of participants and volunteers and the official opening at the Ride4Kids House. We look forward to meeting everyone there!

19:15 Dinner at the Ride4Kids House

20:00 Ride4Kids Shop open and opportunity to exchange polo shirts for a different size.
